We are a Canberra based business local delivery is available for Canberra customers only.

When your order is ready for pick up you will be sent a notification via email. You may then pick up order earlier if you wish.
Returns
All Returns for Replacement or Refund must be requested via our Contact Us page
You may return a product if:
- The product you received is faulty, notification is required within 14 business days of receipt.
- The product you received is not what you ordered notification is required within 2 business days of receipt.
We will endeavour to supply all orders placed on our webstore. However sometimes a product may become unavailable. If this happens we will contact you via email and advise you if no longer available and a refund will be processed.
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for whatever reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the value of goods. Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging.
Shipping and delivery cost will not be refunded for ‘change’ of mind requests. We suggest you send your return parcel via registered post so that it can be traced. We are unable to refund items that are lost in the mail.
You are responsible for all return freight charges for change of mind. Refund will be given once we have received the item back. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
Missing puzzle pieces.
It is quite rare to have missing puzzle piece/pieces due to today’s highly automated equipment and machinery. Please check your working space prior to contacting us as pieces sometimes are just misplaced. If you still have missing piece/pieces please email us at info@booksrusandmore.com.au attach an image of the completed puzzle. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

What are remaindered books:
Remaindered books or remainders are printed books that are over stocks and are sold at reduced prices. Remainder books are sometimes marked by the publisher or slightly damaged. If a book has more than just slight damage a note will be added in the description. eg (Spine damage)
